Claude Diamond
Who is Claude Diamond? When people ask me about real estate (and they
do ask me about real estate systems quite a bit), I always tell them
this: "I have been in this game for ten years and there is only one person
that I recommend for real estate investing information. That person is
Claude Diamond."
I first found out about Claude Diamond six years ago in 1994. I was
broke, living in an apartment and recently started working in the field
of direct marketing. Since Claude answers his own phone (like I do) and
does personal mentoring, he was more than happy to take a few minutes
out of his schedule to tell me about his business and how he made money.
Although I never got into the real estate game I never forgot this.
I have spoken with Claude a number of times and do recommend his products
and services to anyone that asks about real estate. Here is a short list
