John Beck

This is going to be a different review because I am not going to review John Beck's package. At least not for now. This is more of an information piece about John and what he sells.

I am not an expert in real estate. I know the four or five ways that people make money with real estate but it really isn't an interest of mine. With that being said. I usually get two questions from visitors to my site about John Beck.

Does investing in tax delinquent properties produce big money? AND

Will John beck teach you this for $40 and some shipping charges?

Like I said earlier, I am not an expert in real estate so I can't really answer the first question.

With regard to the second question, will John Beck teach you the world of tax investing for $40?

At this point, I haven't reviewed John's package but I have talked to enough people that have. Most say the package give some good info but not enough to do the business with.

How are you going to do the business with John Beck? That is what his $7995 consulting program is for. Yes, that is right almost EIGHT THOUSAND DOLLARS!

For that price, people should be able to consult with him directly but they don't. Folks are given a counselor that they can call, work with and get their questions answered. I have heard from two students who weren't happy with what they got for that price but they are just two people. Obviously not all his people feel that way but in my opinion but, $7995 is a lot and people tend to have high expectations for that price.

I am not saying that I don't recommend John. Like I said earlier I haven't read his materials but you should know that $40 is only part of his fee and you are going to have to spend a lot more to get the entire picture.
