Contest Scams

Contest scams are a tough one to crack because people always want to enter contests because they feel that they are going to get something for nothing.

How do contest scams work? Pretty simple. You will get a mail piece advertising the German or Austrian lottery. You can enter for either $29.95 or $99 for a 3 months, six month or longer period. The companies that you send your money to never enter you in the lottery. They only keep your money. You never hear from them again because they are off on the French Riviera.

Why are you entering contests anyway? (See our lottery systems review in the Business Opportunity section.) Do you really think that wasting money on things like the lotteries and contests is going to change your future? You know that your chances are greater of getting hit by lightning 2 or 3 times than they are of you winning one of these lotteries.

I don't play the lottery or waste my time thinking about it. Contests are the same way. Why are you sitting around entering contests? They have never been a good investment, nor will they ever be.

Start thinking about your future instead of living in a fantasy world. That is why contest scams are still around. People think their fantasies are going to come true.
