Ray Shanklin

I had a friend of mine deposited $10,000 into Ray Shanklin's "genesis-fund.info". He said that he talked with Ray on the phone and Ray told him he would guarantee to earn 20% per month on his investment. Not once did Ray state there was a risk, but guaranteed the return as he was a professional forex trader and would do managed forex. My friend was to be paid $2,000 per month profit on his investment. However, he only received $3,000 of the $10,000 investment over the course of 6 months and still has a balance of $7,000 unpaid. He kept asking Ray about receiving his promised monthly returns and Ray said that his forex trading wasn't doing well, but that he could turn it around and to give him another month. Another month went by and no funds. This time my friend just told Ray to give him his balance back of $7,000. That was a fair deal as he wasn't getting any return on his funds for the five months, but just wanted his original money back.

Again Ray guaranteed he would not lose his money. Then finally another month went by with still no funds. My friend asked again about his money. Ray this time emailed my friend back and said it was a risk and he was not responsible. So now he claims no responsibility after he promised he would get 20% returns and never lose his principle. This con artist gives his word then doesn't deliver. Stay away from genesis-fund.info and Ray Shanklin as he undoubtedly has conned many others with his so-called "forex funds" program.
