Pretty much any of the programs pitched on cable TV after midnight.

TV Infomercials have been around since the mid 70's but when I talk about infomercials, I am not talking about Ron Popeil and his pocket fisherman (yes I am dating myself a bit) but actually all the infomercials that have to do with making money. Everything from Carlton Sheets to Russ Dalby. Real estate, stock market and internet marketing. You can find it all by watching TV commercials. I have been reviewing opportunities for the last 12 years and I would say 50% of what I am asked about is what is on TV. The problem is I don't really watch TV. Now before you think I am some super nerd (I am), I do watch TV. I just watch 95% of the shows I watch on a DVR so my wife and I fast forward through all the commercials Plus I don't watch late night TV so people are always asking me about shows and infomercials that I have never seen. It isn't hard to figure out. They are all the same (and I mean all).

Don't order business opportunities off of TV. They always have a big, fat up sell. Always. I don't blame them. It is the only way they can make money.

A 2 or a 3 for most of them. There's much better stuff online plus you can usually get some kind of mentoring from the person who actually created the program. You are never going to get this on TV without paying $20,000+
